Observations

This period I came across that my datasets can be hosted on a separate github repo. This allow me to wrangle my data elsewhere then on the main Rmd files and R chucks. This is a faster and more modifiable solution in the solution, which is needed to cause the data is still being updated. I was able to find that the two hosts of datasets are NYTimes and JHU-CSSE. I have developed basics of the yaml for both the main and report websites. I also learned some R packages. I learned about the page-down package which allowed me to update my resume. I also learned a little bit about the pacman package and knitr package. I feel like I am on track to complete this project by the end of the semester.
